Asylum: Adverse credibility decision overturned

In a case referred by the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals' Pro Bono Program and handled with the assistance of the UCLA School of Law El Centro Asylum Law Clinic, Hill, Piibe & Villegas convinced the appellate court to overturn the underlying determination that the client lacked credibility.
