- Notary fraud - notarys error on asylum application was not held against client in Court removal proceedings (Jan 2007)
- Cancellation of removal - ten cases have been won/ reopened for new evidence (Aug 2006-Feb 2007)
- Termination of removal proceedings - based on technicality of clients criminal conviction (October 2006)
- Asylum from Guatemala - granted by asylum officer, based on sexual orientation (Sep 2006)
- PERM labor cases - three cases granted, with two being granted in less than 25 days (Oct-Nov 2006)
- Asylum from Armenia - appeal overturned Judges finding that client was untruthful (Jan 2007)
- Adjustment of Status/Green Card - five "routine" cases granted (Sep 2006-Jan 2007)
- Termination of removal proceedings - to allow client to pursue green card application outside of court (Oct 2006)
- Asylum from Ethiopia/Eritrea - new hearing granted based on faulty transcript (Nov 2006)
- Expedited diversity lottery/adjustment in court - case expedited due to prior outstanding removal order in 2003 (Sep 2006)

- Asylum from Honduras - based upon severe domestic violence (Feb 2007)
- Adjustment of Status - granted despite petitioning wife's absence (Feb 2007)
- Reduction of sentence in criminal case - for purposes of qualifying for a green card (Feb 2007)
- Cancellation of Removal (“ten year” case) from Mexico - Immigration Judge granted green card to single mother of child who was a victim of traumatic crime
- Motion to Reopen for Cancellation - Judge reopened case with new evidence on child’s potential heart murmur and admittance to special educational programs (Mar 2006)
- Asylum from Armenia - BIA overturned Judge’s finding that client was not truthful (May 2006)
- Withholding from Indonesia - Judge granted green card to ethnic Chinese/Burmese Catholic (Nov 2005)
- Asylum from Armenia - BIA overturned Judge, holding that client established an exception to requirement to file for asylum within one year of entry, and also overturning Judge’s adverse credibility finding (May 2006)
- Asylum from Armenia - Judge granted green card to a “whistle blower” on military corruption” (Feb 2006)
- Asylum from Nicaragua - Judge granted green card to victim of domestic violence
- Cancellation of Removal from Mexico - Judge granted case due to child’s learning disability (May 2006)
- Cancellation of Removal from Mexico - Judge granted green card due to child’s melanoma (May 2006)
- Cancellation of Removal from Mexico - Judge granted parents’ case because of daughter’s health problems; judge also granted the cases of the family’s sons for the same reason (July 2006)
- Cancellation of Removal from Mexico - Judge granted green card to parents of daughter with a cleft palate (June 2006)
- Cancellation of Removal from Mexico - Judge awarded green card to mother of four whose eldest child was fifteen, whose entire family resided lawfully in the U.S., and because her husband was from El Salvador and the family would be separated if deported (June 2006)
- Adjustment of Status - Judge granted green card after remarkable 16-year battle, and after client had been deported from Canada (June 2006)
- Extraordinary Ability Employment Petition - USCIS granted green card to golf coach based on showing of extraordinary ability (August 2006)
