NACARA

There are two types of NACARA relief. The first is for Nicaraguans and Cubans, and more information can be found  here. The second type is for Guatemalans, Salvadorans, and citizens of the former Soviet bloc countries: Soviet Union, Russia, any republic of the former Soviet Union, Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Yugoslavia, or any state of the former Yugoslavia.
